This is such a brilliant, beautiful idea. It’s not only fruitful (pardon the pun) environmentally and ecologically, but it has instantly understandable appeal as an activity in and of itself, which means it’s an exercise you’ll want to engage in out of more than just a basic sense of well-meaning (and let’s face it, guilt) alone. These are the kinds of ideas that brighten days and hopes, truly—putting to task the technological wherewithal we use constantly already (and necessarily rely upon), our phones and networks, through simple creativity and ingenuity.
